本发明涉及一种牦牛骨髓粉保健食品及其制造方法,其中各组份的重量百分比为:牦牛骨髓粉5~80%,人参果粉5~80%,低聚糖5~50%,再加少量调味剂,其制法为将牦牛骨经高压蒸煮,粉碎,汤汁脱脂,与人参果一起经研磨,灭菌,均质,浓缩,喷雾干燥制粉,与低聚糖混合,制得本发明产品,本发明具有配方合理,工艺简单,本发明的产品对因缺钙引起的心脑血管病,小儿佝偻病,老年骨质疏松等病有良好的预防和辅助治疗作用,可调节人体胃肠功能和调整人体微生态平衡,是一种健身延年的保健食品。 | The invented health food has the ingredients including yak marrow powder 5-80 wt%, ginseng fruit powder 5-80 wt%, oligosaccharide 5-50 wt% and small amount of seasoning. During its production, yak bone is first steamed at high pressure, crushed and degreased; the yak bone powder together with ginseng fruit is ground, disinfected, homogenized, concentrated and spray dried to produce mixed powder; and the mixed powder is further mixed with oligosaccharide to produce the health food product. The said health food has excellent preventing and auxiliary treating effect on cardiac and cerebral vascular diseases, infant's rickets, senile osteoporosis and other disease caused by calcium deficiency. As a health food, it can regulate gastroenteritic function and regulate body's microecological balance.
