本发明属于普通强化食品领域,尤其涉及以牦牛酸奶粉免疫球蛋白、β-葡聚糖、大蒜油、维生素、微量元素、低聚糖等原料制成的抗菌抗病毒、抗感染、提高疫力、预防感冒、流感的酸奶片(粉)。该酸奶片制作工艺为鲜奶净化、调配、均质杀菌、浓缩、接种发酵、干燥、压片、检验包装。工艺条件为牛奶过滤净化、混合调配、均质温度65度,杀菌温度100时间5分钟,真空浓缩温度45度,含固体物45%,发酵温度45度,pH4.6,酸度55%、干燥喷雾塔温度45度,进风温度100度,排风温度45度,二次混合调配,压片压力0.3-0.35MPa。本酸奶片含有酸奶粉、免疫球蛋白,大蒜油、β-葡聚糖、维生素、微量元素、低聚糖等,具有抗病毒、抗感染、提高免疫力、预防感冒、流感等功能。 | An antibody-type sour milk tablet (or powder) for resisting against bacteria, virus and infection, improving immunity and preventing cold and influenza is prepared from sour yak milk powder, immune globulin, beta-glucosan, garlic oil, vitamins, trace elements and oligose through cleaning fresh milk, mixing with others, homogenizing, sterilizing, concentrating, fermenting, drying, die pressing, examining and packing.
