一种强身健体的牦牛肉制品及其制造方法,它由牦牛肉97―99.7%,雪莲花1―0.1%,盘龙参1―0.1%,生芝麻1―0.1%的重量百分比的原料制成,将牦牛肉清洗,雪莲花、盘龙参、生芝麻粉碎分别按比例混合装入布袋与牦牛肉共同沸煮,锅内压力为0―0.2MPa,时间为0.5―3小时后,得到一种保健食品,其具有补脾胃、益气血的功效,经临床观察,总有效率为95%,有可靠的食疗功效,适用于城市、农村等广大人群。 | The yak meat product for building up body is made up by using (wt%) 97.99.7% of yak meat, 1-0.1% of saussurea involucrate, 1-0.1% of satyrium australis and 1-0.1% of raw sesame as raw material, and its production method includes the following steps: cleaning yak meat, pulverizing saussurea involucrata, satyrium australis and raw sesame and placing them in a cloth bag, boiling yak meat and the medicated cloth bag toghter at 0-0.2 MPa for 0.5-3 hr. so as to obtain the invented health-care food with the function of supplementing spleen and stomach and boosting qi and blood, and its total effective rate is 95%.
